About our Payment Schedule
Fees
Child care fees are to be paid at the beginning of each week when care commences. Fees are calculated on booked hours. If you wish to make any changes to your child’s booked hours, please ensure you discuss this with your educator and then contact the Coordination Unit.
Educators are self-employed and determine the terms of payment (e.g. weekly or fortnightly). An agreement between the parties is signed upon enrollment.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
CCS is available to families through the Service Australia and it is recommended that families contact their office prior to commencing care. Please contact service Australia on 13 61 50 for further assistance.
